We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. We accept:

• EMI options (subject to bank approval)

Cancellations are only permitted if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please email us immediately at support@raeeth.in with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@raeeth.in with photos of the product and the packaging. We will review your case and arrange for a resolution.
