At RAEETH, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding our shipping process.

1. Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. RAEETH does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

For orders within India, RAEETH offers complimentary standard delivery with our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates provided by our courier partners.

*Please note that delivery may experience delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods. RAEETH is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or force majeure events.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Order Cancellation

All orders are prepaid. Cancellations are only permitted if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@raeeth.in with your Order ID.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, RAEETH is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier partner. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

RAEETH observes the following holidays: Diwali, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.
