Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

By agreeing to use RAEETH and/or initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on raeeth.in, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on raeeth.in.
Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of this policy. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check this page to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
1. Exchanges & Returns
Once your exchange/return request has been accepted via email by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours. Pick-up will be attempted once only. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to our warehouse address by yourself. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.
Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once approved, your exchange/return request will be processed further. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped.
If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we will not proceed with the request. If issues persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID at support@raeeth.in.
2. Cancellation of Orders
All orders on RAEETH are prepaid. Cancellations are only permitted if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@raeeth.in with your Order ID.
3. Exchange/Return Conditions
You may initiate a request for exchange/return of a product if:
- The product and/or shipping package has been damaged.
- The product is defective.
- Parts of the product or accessories are missing.
Exchanges will only be approved in cases of:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged item received.
You can exchange/return the product(s) purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy the following mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
- The product is not tailored unless proven to have a vendor defect.
- The return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought, and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.
- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as a complete set.
- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
4. Final Sale Items
During any sale/promotion period, all sales are final. RAEETH reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for your purchases if RAEETH lowers the price of an item you have already purchased.
All purchases made during a sale are final and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.
